Where in the world is the best public bathroom?

We all need to use them at one time or another...and we have all seen the ones that are horrible! I want to let everyone know where the best public bathrooms are!
When you walk into a beautiful, well appointed bathroom to do your business, it can be an elevating experience when it smells lovely, is spotless, and inviting! This is not a place you are afraid to sit down on the seat! In this bathroom, you feel like you are being treated like the person you are! Wonderful, special, and it is great that someone else appreciates the little things in life that are so important! Share your tales only of the best....save the ugly for another blog, please! I don't have a picture, but a few months ago went to the Brown Derby Restaurant, Albany, NY. The bathroom was spotless! They had a unique, high power hand dryer. There were lovely touches everywhere. The restaurant was very nice, but I also enjoyed the trip to the bathroom!
